On our journey across Spain to renowned organic wineries, we met perfectionists, eccentrics and individualists. But from the very first minute, we had one thing in common with the winemakers - a passion for a perfect product.

Interviews took place in the vineyard in the morning, sometimes between hundred-year-old vines, followed by filming in the wine cellar of the bodegas in the afternoon. Late in the evening, the production usually culminated in a lavish dinner with the winemakers and employees with delicious tapas and their own wines.
